We're not going to make the jam. Have been without power since last Friday AM. it came on about 30 minutes ago but that happened last night also, hope it's for real this time. We will reschedule. John
There's a "reel" good chance we're coming down to the jam in Burlington, Ct. on Dec 18 ( at this point weather will be the main factor). You'd best be there - you realize we've never played together. lol

Bonjour, Danny! Thanks for posting 'St-Anne's' for Maurice. We know he likes to play that tune on his A accordeon. We also heard Raynald Ouellet put a third part to it this past weekend at Envoye a Maison. Ask George Wilson about it.
Thanks for putting up 'Isidore's' as well. Our 'Reel de Sorel' is a bit different from the way you and Donna play (the same tune by the different name).
When and where do we see you next?

Bonne idee, Daniel! This is a great page to start and hope it brings out all generations of Francos. Look forward to playing music with you this Sunday!

Hey this is pretty cool. I'm trying to put some pictures on it but you know me with computers. Salut!
Thank you, Daniel Boucher, for creating this blog. As more and more FAs learn about it, it could become a community of like-minded persons able and willing to share items of interest throughout the region. Some of us remain rather isolated in our convictions. SO--Bravo! Daniel---from A.Chartier

tired. I typed my name rapidly as I always do but only discovered
after I had logged in that, much to my dismay, had typed my named
wrong with a ridiculous mispelling. How do I go about changing that
to the proper spelling of my name which of course is
Gerard R. Bourassa.
